We don't make your life complicated. Send from your email provider (Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) or from a CRM, ERP or email marketing platform, with the sender email address of your choice. You only have to choose which certification method you will use:
- eEvidence method: compose the message, add ".eevid.com" at the end of each recipient's email address and you're done (only works if you are a customer).
- Other methods: advanced methods and configurations for bulk, automated or transactional mailings
2. Sending and delivery in seconds
The sending is immediate and the delivery confirmation is obtained automatically without depending on any action from the recipients, it can even be 100% transparent to them. If for some reason it cannot be delivered (rarely), we will also let you know.

eEvidence is a trusted global service provider that has been offering solutions to companies and individuals around the world for more than 20 years. From where do I send a registered email?
eEvidence makes it really easy and convenient for you thanks to its patented method. Registered emails are sent from your usual email provider with the sender account of your choice. It is compatible with most email clients on the market, such as Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, Protonmail, etc. Additionally, you can also send from email marketing programs, CRM or ERPs, as long as you have the integration features included in your license.
What if I only plan to send 1 email?
We do not have pay-per-mailing rates. Instead, we offer an initial standard plan of 25 emails per month for a fraction of what it would cost you to send a burofax (on average between 20 and 60€). If you think about it, it's worth it. Remember that our plans are monthly subscriptions with no commitment of permanence, so you can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I attach documentation to register?
Of course. We will register the sending and delivery of attachments of any format. Generally, we accept files up to 50MB in weight, although this will also depend on what your mail provider allows you to send.
What is the console or customer area?
This is the web platform that allows you to manage everything related to the service, such as accessing and downloading your evidence receipts, adding or deleting users, or configuring the features included in your plan. Remember that it is not used to send registered emails; these are sent directly from your usual email provider using one of the certification methods we provide.
How do the Standard plans (Scale) work?
Standard plans, also called "Scale", are monthly subscription plans, with no commitment of permanence. In addition to guaranteeing access to the registered email service, the standard plan ensures the safekeeping of your evidence receipts, preventing their loss, theft or manipulation.
The functioning is very simple:
- There are different rates depending on the number of registered emails you need - from 25 to 2500 per month.
- Each rate has a volume of registered emails for a fixed monthly fee - for example, 25 registered emails per month for 4,5€+VAT/month.
- In case you need to register more emails than your plan includes, the service is not cut off and you will be able to continue sending. The following month you will be charged the additional consumption according to the extra email rate of your plan.
- The subscription is automatically renewed every month and an invoice is issued with the exact details of the use of the service - if any, the extra consumption is clearly specified.
What is understood by a user?
A user is a sender email address (personal, professional or company mailbox) that will have the registered email service enabled.
Are there any sending limitations?
Standard plans offer multiple rates depending on the monthly volume of registered emails you want. Regardless of the rate you have:
- If you reach your limit, you can keep sending and you will be billed an additional charge for each email sent the following month (each extra email costs you the same as one email in your plan).
- There is a daily sending limit equal to the monthly volume you have contracted.
What payment methods are available?
For standard subscription plans we only accept payment by credit/debit card or direct debit if your fee is more than 10€/month. For customized plans for SMEs and large companies, we can consider other payment methods and conditions.
How can I unsubscribe?
Our standard plans have no commitment of permanence. You can unsubscribe at any time from the customer area.
